Tween Strop

This week’s Wicked Wednesday post is proof that age is no barrier to the strop. I have absolutely no idea what prompted this epic mood while enjoying a lovely family brunch but I can assure that under the hood was a very mardy Tween.

You may or may not be glad to know that eventually, the same distraction techniques we always did when he was a toddler worked, forcing the glimmer of a smile!

Hopefully not but I think hormones have a lot to do with it at this age!

Sorry but this made me laugh… I’ve got one of those. At ten he’s like a fully fledged teen and you just never know what you’re gonna get. Well you mostly do – stroppiness – but one can live in hope eh?

When we see one coming it’s just a case of duck and cover, I try not to laugh as they come from the most random of things.
