A Peripop Foxey Review

A Peripop Foxey Review

I just love a multi use item, there’s nothing like discovering extra uses for something and truly getting your money’s worth. It appeals to my thrifty side and creates a great talking point. I also love fox print.

So what if there was something fox print and multi use, how utterly perfect would that be?   Well guess what, I’ve found it, the Peripop from Love Oribel.

Is it a  blanket? a cushion? a play mat? or a pushchair blanket?

Well actually, it can be any of the above! They are just a few uses which I’ve tested out on this nifty little addition to the Toddler’s collection of fox themed paraphernalia.

We began by taking it out one weekend to watch the Tween play rugby, wrapping it over his legs as he sat in his Mountain Buggy. It brightened up a gloomy Sunday morning with it’s fun, vibrant print and being reversible meant I could flip it round when the boy’s dirty wellies rubbed against while putting him back in after a run around.  The paws doubled up as hand warmers too, which considering how prone I am to loosing a mitten or 2, it’s good knowing we have a reserve.

The Period from Oribel has many uses, here we're using it as a pushchair blanket, read more uses here;

Next on our list was to try it out as a book corner reading cushion. Stuffing it with some old baby blankets, it gave the lively one as place to sit and ponder his next round of destruction. It’s large enough as a comfy cushion and you can make it as padded as you like. It’s actually found its forever home in the corner of his room as that’s where it gets the most use for now, but I can imagine it will be joining us in the garden as a playmat come the warmer months.

The Peripop is very well made from a nice, quality fabric and I have no doubt it will stand up to a few years zealous play from my tribe. (It survived a pillow fight between the Teenager and Tween, much to my horror on the day it arrived!)

I’m just on the lookout now for some more woodland accessories to complete the Toddler’s collection as I feel a makeover coming on!

I was sent a Peripop Foxey and all words and photographs are entirely my own.
