Living Arrows – Cake Face

Living Arrows – Cake Face

This week I introduced the toddler to the joys of cake mix batter. I’ve held off until now due to the raw eggs but considering this week he’s eaten a snail, a stick, used toilet paper, licked the dog several times and consumed countless prechewed snacks off the kitchen floors, a small threat of salmonella is the least of his worries.

There is a look of someone who has got it before anyone else. As the youngest of four, I know the feeling. Priceless. Irresistible, messy face. #MySundayPhoto

You’re so right, especially as his brothers were only a few feet away in the lounge but with only 2 whisks and 3 kids it was a recipe for disaster.

I don’t think you can ever eat it without making a mess!

Fantastic pic! My little one’s allergic to egg so I’m hoping she’ll grow out of it so she can enjoy the wonders of cake batter, eventually 🙂 Linking up with #PointShoot

oh no, poor thing. I’m sure there’ll be an egg free recipe for her to try somewhere.

Well you can’t say he doesn’t have a varied diet 😉 Mine are always by my feet when I’m making – and I was the same when I was little, everyone loves cake batter. xx #PointShoot
