The Jurassic Coast – My Sunday Photo

The Jurassic Coast – My Sunday Photo

This shot was taken standing at the far end of Sidmouth beach, showing the Jurrasic Coast in the back ground. I was trying to capture the sea most sitting on top of the cliffs and had no idea that if caught a family walking the pier.

It was a sunny day but the wind was whipping the sea up and Tween and I stood and watched as the sailing boats struggled to climb ashore. We then strolled along the promenade to watch Teenager surfing with his friends.

I know I’ve titled this photo Silent Sunday but sometimes there’s a story to he shared that can’t be kept quiet.

This is a lovely photo – often the best are unplanned aren’t they! I used to go to Sidmouth as a child and I’m originally from just a bit further up the Jurassic Coast. Brings back memories. x
