This week’s Sunday photo was taken during a play session where Toddler had a chance to copy the everyday things he’s seen the rest of the house hold doing. I loved watching the concentration on his face and the excitement at having a kitchen all to himself, one where there wasn’t an adult 2 steps behind him going “no! don’t touch that!”
It was also amazing to see his play step up a notch, to us he was just opening and shutting doors, to him it was a whole lesson in physical, mathematical and scientific development.

Someone is hard at work! I love these play kitchens. It’s on our Christmas list for Evie. It’s so lovely just watching them play rule free isn’t it and using their own imagination develop. xx #mysundayphoto
