What does July mean to you?
For us, it means the familiar rythmic tap of a tennis ball. We’re a seasonal tennis family, only ever taking to the courts while at Center Parcs or during Wimbledon. But that doesn’t stop us watching it and willing Andy Murray on.
So during late June early July, you’ll find me sitting on sofa watching the TV in our seasonal whites, sometimes throwing in the occasional mexican wave, while shouting at Andy, eating strawberries and if when in company, the odd Pimms.
However, I’m also on a journey to fitness so it’s only fitting I share an infographic to show you how much tennis you need to play to burn off the calories consumed while watching it.
