Helping You To Organise Your Life with a Stigu planner

Helping You To Organise Your Life with a Stigu planner

If I don’t write it down, chances are I won’t remember, it’s as simple as that. As a mum, wife, daughter, friend, business owner and blogger I have lots of plates to spin and things to juggle, a decent planner is essential to help organise your life.

I’ve trialled a few different types over the years which promise to organise your life. My inner stationary geek loves nothing more than turning back the pages of a new year planner and reading every snippet of information it shares and this year will be the turn of a 1st edition Stick to Stigu, a plan hard-play hard-rest hard, planner.

So what’s different, what tickles my fancy in a Stigu planner? Is it the perforated corners which make finding the right week a breeze? Maybe.

The week-to-view grid pages with a space for notes on the opposite side, along with inspirational quotes to get you through a tough week? That certainly appeals.

I like to see things in boxes, I compartmentalized many areas of my life. My worries rarely cross over, I simply store them for those middle of the night wakings, as you do. It’s not the best method of managing a hectic lifestyle but it’s how I’ve always coped. (next on my list, stop waking at 3 am worrying about things you can’t change at 3am!)

This year I’ll taking my days and boxing them, thanks to the lay out of my Stigu planner along with a big fat red pen. It’s going to be soooooo much more satisfying crossing things off as I go and hopefully there will be less missed appointments, birthdays and deadlines. Hopefully.

So after I’ve planned out my week, my Stigu also gives me a chance to scribble notes, doodles, even a place to remember all the things I need to remember, but don’t have a specific day to do it, with a pad of glorious plain white paper hidden at the back. This is topped off with a little sleeve for ‘things.’ I’ve not decided what these ‘things’ will be yet; receipts , appointment cards, coupons. Who knows. Either way, it’ll free up my purse and hopefully stop me loosing them. There’s that ‘hopefully’ again.

So here’s hoping to a happy, organised, stress free 2016.

Stigu, you know what you’ve got to do…..

I’m toying with whether to keep my blog & family planners the same or separate. I love planners so might be a good excuse to buy another though!

I’m finding a lot of the planners I’ve been looking at are all too small, I want big spaces to write lots and lots of ideas down! Like an old school page a day diary. This looks fab though, a list and a page to scribble 🙂

Loving the layout of this planner. As an organisational fiend I really need my planners and organisers to actually have a layout I can work with and use. Normally they’re so hard to find, but I really like this one xx

I like to see everything laid out in front of me for the week which is the real appeal of this one

I'd love to know what you think?
